Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pppp9 ("pppp9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://pppp9.cam and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Service").

pppp9 operates as an English-language online betting and casino platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. The platform offers sports betting — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC — as well as live casino games, slots and other interactive entertainment products.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to every provision of this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — the individual registered account created by a User on the pppp9 platform, through which all transactions and bets are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification; the identity and document-verification process required before withdrawals are processed or account limits are adjusted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a stake placed by a User on any outcome offered through the Service.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× requirement must be wagered PKR 100,000 in total.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) — the theoretical long-run percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players. Individual session results will vary.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User requests that their access to the Service be blocked for a specified or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region in which access to or use of the Service is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the reasonable control of pppp9, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, internet disruptions or changes in applicable law.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with pppp9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties.
• You are accessing the Service in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited under applicable local, national or international law.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Service.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy or nominee for another individual.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning.

pppp9 does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where the Service is explicitly prohibited. It remains the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the platform is lawful in their location. pppp9 makes no representations regarding the lawfulness of its Service in any specific jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each User may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Upon detection, duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated Balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date thereafter.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pppp9 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable any two-factor authentication options available on the platform. You must notify pppp9 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

pppp9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices or where you have shared your login credentials with another person.

4.3 KYC Verification

pppp9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed, account limits are modified or promotions are redeemed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are accepted by the operator at the time of the transaction. pppp9's content references to familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. These references do not imply that any such institution endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions on this platform. Actual payment method availability, processing times, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and applicable fees are determined by the operator's current payment settings and the policies of the relevant payment providers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the platform at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pppp9 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before crediting large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Balance in PKR (or at a displayed exchange rate if depositing in another currency).
• pppp9 is not responsible for any delays, fees or failures caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account identity.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully met before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as published on the platform at the time of the request.
• Processing times vary by payment method and may range from the same business day to several business days. pppp9 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure.
• pppp9 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse or Terms violations.

6.1 Withdrawal of Real-Money Balance

Real-money funds deposited by the User and any winnings generated from real-money wagers are withdrawable in accordance with the conditions above, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigation or restriction.

6.2 Bonus Funds Withdrawal

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are specified in the bonus-specific terms accompanying each promotion.

Bonuses & Promotions

pppp9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, birthday credits, referral bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible accounts as defined in the specific offer terms. Eligibility may depend on account status, deposit history, geographic location or loyalty tier.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to complete within the time limit will result in the automatic forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
• pppp9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially prejudice the rights of users who have already actively commenced using a given promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage strategies or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Any PKR amounts quoted in promotional materials (for example, illustrative tiers such as PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 10,000) are indicative examples subject to the operator's current published promotional terms. They do not constitute guaranteed offers.

Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through pppp9 are subject to the platform's applicable betting rules, which are published within the relevant market sections of the Service. The following general provisions apply to all betting activity:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the system and a confirmation reference has been issued. pppp9 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity failures on the User's side.
• All odds displayed are in decimal format. The total return on a winning bet equals the stake multiplied by the displayed odds. Stakes are included in the return figure (e.g., a PKR 1,000 stake at odds of 2.50 returns PKR 2,500 in total).
• pppp9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical malfunction, data-feed failure or human error. In such circumstances the User's stake will be refunded.
• pppp9 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per market, per event and per User account. These limits are published within the relevant sections of the Service.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of pppp9 or as a result of real-time data-feed disruptions. Bets accepted prior to suspension will stand unless the market is voided.

8.2 Sports Betting — Cricket & PSL

Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and Test matches — are among the most active markets on pppp9. All cricket betting is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment, rain interruption or a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustment, market settlement will follow the rules published within the cricket section of the platform.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, table games and crash-style games — operate according to published RTP percentages and game rules. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Responsible Gambling

pppp9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform offers the following tools, which Users are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust through your Account settings.
• Loss Limits — ceilings on the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — notifications alerting you to how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cool-Off Periods — temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at your request.
• Self-Exclusion — a voluntary, longer-term or permanent block on your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pppp9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different identity).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using the Service for any purpose related to money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or pricing errors systematically.
• Colluding with other Users or with third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other software to interact with the Service in ways not sanctioned by pppp9.
• Accessing the Service through a proxy, VPN or other technical means in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with or damages the platform's systems, infrastructure or other users' experience.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pppp9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, interface layouts and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pppp9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, disassemble, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any element of the Service without pppp9's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pppp9 and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions, including losses from in-play markets or accumulator bets.
• Interruptions, errors or delays in the Service caused by third-party providers, internet infrastructure, Force Majeure events or routine maintenance.
• Any financial loss, penalty or legal consequence arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the platform of a general or educational nature, including odds explanations, glossary definitions or betting tips.

pppp9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

pppp9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — pppp9 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Service and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence, as notified to Users via the platform's licensing disclosures. This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved through pppp9's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licence terms.
